This lovely apartment has recently been renovated and is on the 3rd floor without lift. It is really quiet as there in an indoor courtyard with trees and flowers beds. Just at the corner you will find the famous restaurant La Fiorentina where you can have a good breakfast with a selection of sweet pastries. On the opposite side, in a modern building is located the MERCATO TRIONFALE, where you can find fresh fruits, vegetables, bread, seafood and butchers and even more. A lot of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias are all around to satisfy any kind of needs and taste.

The apartment is composed of a nice living room with a wooden table with chairs, a double sofa bed , a wooden closet and a color TV. It is furnished in a simple and functional way.
